Productivity apps tend to grow features until they become work in themselves. The goal was a tool light enough to actually open every morning.

   Kept the daily view as the default screen, with everything else one level down.

   Combined tasks, notes and schedule in a single data model so items move between them without retyping.

   Used local notifications for reminders rather than requiring a server connection.

   Deliberately left out features that would add configuration burden.
