Priced to your scope, not a menu

Tell us what you need and we will come back with a written scope and a fixed figure. No hourly meters, no invoice that outgrows the estimate.

How we work together

Three ways to engage

Different projects want different shapes. We will tell you which of these fits yours, even when it is the cheapest one.

Best when the scope is clear

Fixed-price project

We scope the work, quote a fixed figure and deliver against it. You know the total before we start, and change requests are quoted separately so there are no surprise invoices.

  • Milestone-based payments
  • Written scope agreed up front
  • Change requests quoted before work starts

Best for ongoing work

Monthly retainer

A set number of hours each month for maintenance, improvements and support. Ideal once a product is live and needs continuous attention rather than a single push.

  • Predictable monthly cost
  • Agreed response times
  • Scales up or down each quarter

Best when the scope is fuzzy

Discovery sprint

A short paid engagement to turn a rough idea into a specification, wireframes and a costed build plan. If you then build with us, the fee is credited against the project.

  • 1–2 weeks, fixed fee
  • Wireframes and technical plan delivered
  • Credited toward the build

Payment terms

  • 50% to start, 50% on delivery for smaller projects.
  • Larger builds are split across milestones so payment tracks progress.
  • Prices exclude third-party costs such as domains, paid plugins and app store fees.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.

Tell us what you need and we will price it properly

The more you can tell us about the problem, the more accurate the number. If the brief is still vague, say so — working out the scope is part of what we do, and a short discovery sprint often costs less than guessing.

  • A written scope, not a verbal estimate
  • A fixed figure with the assumptions listed
  • An honest timeline including your review time
  • A straight answer if we are not the right fit

We reply within one business day. No newsletter, no sales sequence.

Questions

About pricing

Because a number without a scope is a guess, and a guess helps neither of us. Two projects described in the same sentence can differ tenfold once you get into integrations, data migration and compliance. Send us the brief and you get a real figure, not a range you cannot plan against.

Third-party costs are passed through at cost and are yours to own: domain registration, hosting beyond any included period, paid plugins or licences, app store developer accounts, stock photography and SMS or email service fees.

Yes. Smaller projects are split 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Larger builds are broken into milestones so payments track delivered work rather than elapsed time.

The first 30 days of fixes are included — if something we built does not work as agreed, we fix it at no cost. New features after that are quoted individually, or covered by a monthly retainer if you expect a steady stream of them.
