What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or quote request we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range, timeline and the description of your project.

We collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, in order to understand how the site is used and to keep it working.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the work. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business — for example our email provider and hosting infrastructure — and only to the extent required for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to two years so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted. Client records are retained for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period our tax and contractual obligations require.

Client data in systems we build

Where we build or maintain a system that holds your customers' data, you remain the controller of that data and we act on your instructions. Access is limited to the team members working on your project, and is removed when the engagement ends.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
