UI/UX Design
Design that reduces support tickets and abandoned carts — grounded in how your users actually behave, not in what looks good in a portfolio shot.
Good design is not decoration. It is the difference between a form people finish and one they abandon. We start with the job your user is trying to do, map the shortest path to it, then design the interface around that path — and hand you a system your developers can build from without guessing.
What you end up with
- Fewer support tickets from confused users
- Higher completion rates on signup and checkout
- A design system that keeps future screens consistent
- Developer-ready specs, not just pretty pictures
UI/UX Design, broken down
Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need — these are the areas we cover.
Discovery & UX research
Before pixels: who uses this, what are they trying to finish, and where do they currently get stuck?
- Stakeholder interviews and goal mapping
- User flows and journey mapping
- Competitor and heuristic review
- Information architecture and sitemap
Wireframes & prototypes
Cheap to change now, expensive to change in code. We validate the structure before anyone builds it.
- Low-fidelity wireframes for every key screen
- Clickable prototypes for user testing
- Feedback rounds with your team
- Sign-off before development starts
Interface design
The visual layer — typography, colour, spacing and states — applied consistently across the product.
- High-fidelity screens for mobile and desktop
- Empty, loading, error and success states
- Accessible colour contrast (WCAG AA)
- Motion and interaction specification
Design systems & brand
A reusable component library so the tenth screen costs a tenth of what the first one did.
- Component library with variants and tokens
- Typography and colour scales
- Logo, brand marks and collateral
- Usage documentation for your team
The stack behind it
We pick tools for how well they will age, not for how new they are. Everything here is mature, widely supported and something another developer could pick up if we ever parted ways.

What gets delivered
- Full Figma file with organised, named layers
- Clickable prototype for every core flow
- Component library and design tokens
- Exported assets in the formats developers need
- Handoff walkthrough with your build team
Timeline
A design sprint for a marketing site takes 1–2 weeks. Full product UX with research and a design system runs 4–8 weeks.
What it costs
Quoted per scope, fixed before we start.
Before you ask
Often, yes — it is one of the most useful things we do. You get a Figma file, a component library and design tokens your team can build straight from, plus a handoff session to walk through the intent behind each screen.
Yes. We start with a heuristic review and, where possible, your analytics, to find where users are actually dropping off. That usually reveals that a handful of screens are causing most of the damage — which is far cheaper to fix than a full rebuild.
It can be. Logo design, colour systems and brand collateral are quoted alongside product design, and we work under a separate graphic design agreement for brand-only engagements.
Tell us what you are trying to build.
Send over the rough idea — even a paragraph is enough. We will come back with an honest view of scope, timeline and cost, and tell you if we are not the right fit.
