Matching virtual assistants to clients was being run across spreadsheets, email threads and chat. There was no single place to see who was available, who had been placed, or what stage an application had reached — and every new hire multiplied the admin load.

Mapped the three distinct journeys — applicant, client and internal admin — before designing any screens, because each needed a different view of the same records.
